Hello, i'm Lauren and I launched Eli the Goat in 2020. Thank you for stopping by the website.

Eli the Goat is a greeting card brand which produces joyful and quirky cards for all occasions.

We are based in a town called Molesey, near Hampton Court Palace in Surrey, England.

With a love and an appreciation of design, illustration, and all things nature, Lauren launched Eli the Goat in 2020, and takes inspiration for new designs from nature, flora and fauna, travelling and outdoor adventures.

Each greeting card begins life as a hand-drawn illustration, which is then digitally embellished, before being printed in the UK.

Each card measures 148mm x 148mm and is printed on 100% recycled, FSC certified, uncoated board, and is paired with a recycled kraft envelope.

We are inspired by nature and want to protect it - we always use recycled papers and boards, packaging and tape.

Please see our ‘Green Statement' for further details.

Lauren grew up in a small, semi-rural village in Nottinghamshire surrounded by animals, and now lives in Surrey and works in London as a practicing architect.

Eli was a sweet natured pygmy goat who lived in a little paddock next to the River Ryton in Shireoaks, Nottinghamshire.

He was a much loved family pet, born at Lauren’s family home to Doris and Patrick, his pygmy goat parents.

Many adventures were had in and around the paddock.

Eli sadly passed away in 2019 but his legacy lives on.
